Property Manager

Overview: As a Property Manager at Manipal Dot Net Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and tenant relations of residential and other buildings owned by the company. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of tenants while maximizing the value of the company's real estate assets.
Job Responsibilities:
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Property Operations:
      • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
      • Schedule and supervise regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
    2. Tenant Relations:
      • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
      • Facilitate the leasing process, including showing units, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
    3. Financial Management:
      • Monitor and manage property budgets, including expenses for maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
      • Collect rent and other fees, ensuring timely payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
    4. Vendor Management:
      • Source and manage relationships with contractors, maintenance crews, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and services.
    5. Compliance and Regulations:
      • Stay updated on local, state, and federal housing regulations, ensuring the property remains in compliance with all relevant laws and codes.
    6. Emergency Response:
      • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure the safety and well-being of tenants during critical situations.
